Hi, John

How would you compare professional colonics to home colema? Is professional much better, etc? Do you think results are about the same?

I am to purchase a colema, plan to get comfortable with it while doing other cleansing in prep for liver flushing.

The reason I ask is I have never had a colonic, only enemas, and wonder if they will be very effective for me considering I have no experience with such!

Regardless it is the route I'll take unless I change my mind down the road.
