what about coffee enemas??

After the first few flushes I did, I did coffee enemas the day after the liver flush because I couldn't afford a colonic. Lately I have started doing colonics but I dont see a huge difference in the after effects of the two. Do you think the coffee enema is less effective as the colonic??? I would like to know this because coffee enemas are very cheap to do as compared to the colonic and its kind of hard for me to afford a colonic every two weeks.
