I don't know. I think a colema gets water higher up in the colon, but i don't know if this would be significantly much better than an enama. an enama certainly is better than nothing, but I don't know what the risk would be just relying on an enema. I think Andreas has addressed this in the past if you search the archives... try this search term "andmor enema"
