colonics

Andreas,

do you think that colonics is really important in order to get results from liver cleansing ?

I'm afraid of it because it is just a little intrusiveness and I don't know if it could cause other problems....In italy it is not wide spread I found it two....abd a third one that affirm he could do it simply with drinking water. I mean he could get same results of colonics simply drinking enough special water (maybe prill water ? ).....

I don't know I'm a bit confused.....( I did my sixt liver cleanse a week ago....)
