For a colon cleanse, could i just take psyllium caps and cascada segrada for a couple weeks? would this work? the reason i am asking is because i am scared to do a salt water flush and i have tried Oxypowder and all that happened when i took it was severe insomnia, ugh! I would like to take mh's dewormer but i need to know for sure that i have found something that I KNOW will keep me cleaned out while i am on the parasite cleanse.

also, and this might sound silly, but i will ask anyway, lol. And this is just a thought, mind you, but if a person were to put one of their bms in a bowl and store it somewhere, say, outside somewhere, do you think the eggs that are embedded in the bm would hatch sooner or later? i know, silly ? but you would think they would hatch...
