HI Midge!!

I am definitly going to pray for you too! Expect lots of little signs of improvements as you move along! The diet changes are definitly worth it. Its like a lifestyle change- not even a diet!

You not only will stay in good physical shape and fit into your clothes good, but you will also start noticing your fingernails dont break or split anymore, your hair is shinier, and the whites of your eyes are clearer. Hang in there, I always say ,ya gotta start somewhere so who cares where a person starts at. At least he's starting the ball rolling!!

I found when avoiding meats, that I benefit alot with taking Brewers Yeast -- adding it to my foods in some way- wether salad dressings, sprinkled on garlic bread with olive oil, soups, etc.

Also, if yo can get some of those vitamin supplements that are in liquid form, that are easily absorbed in your bloodstream and body. This will give your body support for your immune system against parasites.

Lst but not least, if you cant find any probiotic supplements over the shelf, you can also try Kefir or live culture yogurt. (not that pudding crap they have on the market for dieters- that is supposed to be yogurt)

Kefir has the best natural probiotics-- wow is it powerful!
