Thanks for the reply. I will try the psyllium caps and cascada segrada to see if that is the right fit for me.

The actual reason why i asked about the hatching of the eggs in the bowl was because, and this is gross but I went to go to the bathroom in a portapotty last week at a business that i stopped at and when i looked into the "hole" before undoing my pants i saw bubbling. Upon further inspection i was horrified to see these worms moving around in either old bm or fresh diarrea. They were quite active and i could hardly believe what i was seeing :O I didn't have to go to the bathroom after that! lol. They were creamy white in color, about 1/2 inch in length and just slightly larger than 1/8th of an in wide. Do these sound like pinworms to you? IMO they looked too "fat" to be pinworms, although i have never seen actual pinworms. Or maybe something got into the portapotty and laid eggs in there that hatched???

I wonder what a dr would do if someone came walking into their office with a bowl of poo that had LIVE worms crawling around in it? They would probably be so grossed out and they couldn't pass it off as a piece of food or intestinal mucous. They would have no choice but to investigate, lol.

Ok, I had to reedit this post because I checked on a measuring tape to make sure of the size of those worms and they were actually around 3/4 inches long and 1/4 inch wide. They were quite chubby!:)
