As someone who has worked with bowel cleansing as a way of clearing my skin and helping my blood circulation /energy levels I am finding cayenne (i use it in powder form)a vital ingredient to have in stock too.
I first used it in tiny amounts blended with olive oil and grapefruit juice as part of a mini flush drink. I can't tell you how much just a dash of cayenne improved the taste.
Have recently been taking the occasional drink of warm water mixed with ACV, blackstrap molasses and cayenne powder and I am experiencing a feeling of being really cleared out...is a bit of a burning sensation just before I go but this wears off immediately after!
Have used this after a course of Oxypowder to get things started and I now have Activia yoghurts on a daily basis to promote good bacteria in the gut.
