Substitution?

Thanks again for this post. I did this yesterday twice and this morning once. I used a good amount of cayenne, but didn't feel any nausea so I guess I'm taking a good amount.

I was wondering what you think about substituting the molasses for raw honey and a pinch of pink salt? I did it that way this morning. The honey is firmer than molasses (if it's good honey), so I think it makes it easier to swallow. I'm trying to make as many raw substitutions in my food as possible. Do you think I'm getting as many good minerals and vitamins this way?

Thanks,
Tina.

PS. I have been eating a tablespoon of Chia seeds soaked in a half cup of water with a dash of cayenne and a dash of Sea Salt as my "meat" susbtitute with dinner, and I think it's very good. It's actually more in texture like when I used to drink raw quail eggs with the same seasoning. Maybe this will cut down on the "mucoid plaque" everyone speaks about?
