Mike, what you said is very interesting and makes a lot of sense, and I can see that getting to the cause of my particular problem is going to be trial and error. I've never taken a lot of anti-biotics, nor antacids as my problems have always been in the lower regions rather than the upper if you catch my drift! As I mentioned I had been taking prebiotics and digestive enzymes which initially had some effect but now don't appear to. Do you think it is worth persevering? Ive seen some enzymes with betaine HCI. Do you think it's worth giving them a try? Now the Oxypowder : I started on 8 tablets and am still but although something is definitely coming out, as I am still experiencing a bit of bloating (which isn't as bad as it has been because I'm not eating as much)I'm not sure that it is the old stuff or not. Incidentally, I am going to bed absolutely starving so I can be sure that I have an empty stomach and am starting to feel a bit light headed! How many hours before I take it should I have my last food?
Grz,I am trying to pluck up the courage to do a Liver Flush and I notice the Hulda Clark one incudes Epsom Salts . I read a post yesterday from someone (can't remember who or under which topic) who had a massive reaction to ES and I'm easily scared! Any thoughts? Thanks once again to you both for your help.
