Re: I need advice please on bowel cleanse!

WOW! that is a lot of info to take in ..I will have to read that a couple more times .well anyway let me tell you what I have and see if you think it will be good for me right now.. to start anyway and maybe I can get that later on as I have already spent 100$ on this stuff..

STEP 1--- paranix capsules -1st ten days take 2 caps in the morn on empty stomach with a large glass of water.Next 20 days take 5 caps .2 month program
ingredients -black walnut hulls,clove buds,chlorophyll,food grade diatomaceous earth,elecampane plant,false unicorn root,fenugreek seeds,garlic bulb,(odorless powder),gentain root,grapefruit seed extract,hyssop leaf,male fern root,myrrh gum,peppermint leaf, prickley ash bark, pumpkin seeds, tumeric root,wormwood,and yellow dock.

STEP 2 ---- 1 tablespoon of internal sweep fiber powder 30 minutes after step 1 mixed in juice or water and drank immediately.daily
ingredients -- aloe vera,alfalfa powder,althaea root powder,buchu leaf, burdock root powder,capsicum fruit powder,chickweed leaf, cinnamon bark powder,citris pectin, clove seed powder, corn silk, dandelion root powder, echinacea root powder,feugreek seed powder, fennel seed powder,flax seed powder,garlic powder(odorless), ginger root powder, goldnseal root, grapefruit pectin, guar gum,irish moss,licorice root, peppermint leaf, papaya fruitpowder,pumpkin seed powder, psyllium husks, red clover, rhubarb root powder, slippery elm, stevia rebaudiana, uva ursi leaf,
other ingredient --- acidophilus,fructo-oligosaccharide,natural banana flavor,natural lemon flavor, fructose.....

STEP 3 -----a cleansing tea taken at night with a few herbal laxitives which I cant seem to find at the moment...


I am thinking about starting this later on this week... just wanted you to know what all was in it and if you think it is a good one...
