thats great. i hope you do some research into raw. its baised on a vegetarian diet but you dont have to go 100 percent. there are soo many testimonials out there of like altering experiences. people feel brand new and ailments go away. im trying to go raw myself. when i stick to it i loose weight (effortlessly) and feel great. and like i said it keeps you clean inside. thanks for listening
