I need advice please on bowel cleanse!

hi all .I am currently 36 yrs old and 216 and climbing for no apparent reason with bigtime belly bloat (it is awful)I am a 5ft 10 in female and always been pretty healthy but it seems my weight is creeping up on me .my question is ( I would like to do a Bowel Cleanse as I think it would help me) dont think it would hurt ..huh?
I did buy a parasite/bowel cleanse product but not heard much about it .It seems good though.. it is called Internal Sweep powder with paranix capsules .It wasnt cheap .I bought it online and I dont even remember what the website was.I took it a couple of days and kinda threw it over to the side.I want to start it again or something like it ,something better ( cause I want to see results .) I have done 3 Liver Flushes this past year 2005. any advice would be greatly appreciated .I feel like I have 20 pounds of waste in my belly /colon or whatever and the Id much rather have it out than in.. please anyone with a good program give me some advice .I just want to look normal again.oh yeah I have normal but thin bm's 3to4 times daily sometimes more.I have tried to increase my fiber to at least 30 grams a day from food.I only drink filtered water and do own a zapper.I have chronic sinusitis and gastritis .have done several rounds of unsucessful Antibiotic treatments and refuse to take anymore.had bronchitis for the first time since I was a child last year too. I have anxiety and mood swings also which I deal with daily.my doc told me not to fast as it was bad for your metabolism to go that long without food and told me to eat 4-6 times daily or whenever hungry..I am like (how can I lose weight eating like that.) oh well sorry so long post here .just wanna get better in all aspects. I just dont have any energy anymore to do the things I need to do.THis year will be better for me one way or another...... thanks all .cant wait to see the response..................
