I TOO GET QUITE BLOATED AND CONSTIPATED ON THE p&B SHAKES...I DO THINK THIS IS KIND OF A ROUGH WAY TO GO AND NOT FOR BEGINNERS AFTER DOING IT FOR OVER A MONTH NOW..SO I AM ON MY LAST BOTTLE OF CLAY AND PSYLLIUM AND I WILL TRY THE DR SCHULZE PLAN INSTEAD...I HAVE HARDLY SEEN ANYTHING BUT MAYBE RICE IN THE STOOLS BUT I CANT EVEN GET TO WEAR I AM HAVING MORE THAN 1 BM A DAY ON THIS.....BUT I FOUND SUCCESS TODAY!! EUREKA....YESTERDAY I DID 4 p&b SHAKES I ADDED MORE OF THEM...AND I ALSO DRANK SMOOTH MOVE TEA AND DID A FLEET SIZE ENEMA WITH FILTERED WATER AND CANDIDA CLEANSE TINCTURE I HAD LEFT OVER ..LEFT IN FOR ABOUT 15 MINS ...AND TODAY I HAD SUCH WONDERFUL SUCCESS!!! I HAD 4 OR 5 BOWEL MOVEMENTS SO FAR... NONE WERE LIQUID ALL SOLID......THE LAST ONE ALMOST FILLED UP THE WHOLE BOWL...NO MP YET THOUGH:( MAYBE SOON I HOPE....BUT THIS IS THE WAY I WILL BE DOING THESE SHAKES ...4 OF THEM A DAY OR MORE...AND A SMOOTH MOVE TEA EVERYDAY...IF U'LL NOTICE THAT THE INTESTINAL FORMULA ONE INCLUDES SENNA SO THATS WHY I AM DOING THAT...I AM DONE WAITING FOR THE SHAKES TO TAKE IT'S COURSE NOTHING MOVES OUT ..U JUST GET BINDED AND MORE SWOLLEN...ANYONE WHO IS ON THESE I WOULD ADVISE TO ADD SMOOTH MOVE TEA ALSO AT NITE IT WORKS A HELL OF A LOT BETTER THAT WAY:))
