Oh boy....now I am really confused. Zule thank you for the informative post. I have been eating salad, fruit, and the cottage cheese and flaxseed mixture in the morning. Whole grain sugerfree cereal with flaxseed in the morning and drinking lots of water. I took some enzymes with my shake this morning on an empty stomache and did have a BM about 10:30am but nothing to speak of. I do feel bloated and heavy and honestly constipated. I sooo want this to work since I've been sick with gas and bloating alot lately...even pain in my lower rectum and lower back. A BM seems to help so I think that is my problem.
So should I switch to another formula or do continue to take a shake a day? It's been almost a week and I'm a little dissapointed. This is all so new to me. I've been reading the posts for a while now and decided I need to try something. I have a friend who swears by Turkey Rhubarb...does anyone know if this works as well for a cleanse or is it to just stay regular?
