She does not have to have more shakes.
It is a mistake.
The body needs to adapt to the shakes. OTherwise she will have a bad constipation.
The key of success is to know the protocol very well.
You do not have to ad up shakes unless you are having several bowel movements each day.
The thing is:
1. Change the diet: eat fruits and vegetables.
2. Stop eating junk food.
3. Stop drinking sodas.
4. Drink enough water.
O.k. now abot the shakes.
Begin with ONE shake. Keep taking only one shake until you are regular having bowel movements.
Drink plenty of water. Do not drink cold water but room temperature water. Apple juice is good and also prune juice.
Add one more shake ONLY AFTER you are regular with you BM while having only one shake.
Keep the program only with two shakes until you are having several BM a day.
THen you can add one more shake. If you are bloated or constipated, NO SHAKES SHOULD BE ADDED.
Herbs can be added to help the process. Mucus disolving foods can be eaten: onions are the best. Do not eat dairy that produces mucus.
THis program needs patience. Several days are required for each level of number of shakes.
If you are not patient, the constipation can be worse and you will give up.
NOTE: for people that have been constipated all their life I recommend this:
1. Begin cleansing with a magnesium based protocol such
Oxypowder or colosan.
After using this cleanse for a while ( aproxx 2 weeks up to 1 month( only this cleanse))
you can change to P&B shakes. ( as described above)
Enemas or
colonics are also highly recommended.
