Thanks Zule...I really appreciate your help. I just went on the Oxypowder website. I guess it is best to start with the 28 day size for $35.00? I'll continue with one shake a day until it comes then I will let you know how it goes. It suggests taking 4 pills to start. Does your body size and weight alter that dosage? I am only 5' and weigh 116lbs?
