YO! How about a dash of COMMON SENSE :)
Here we have two opposite opinions, and as usual the truth lies somewhere in between.
If you're thin and healthy with a good diet, and you're spending all kinds of time and money on cleanses trying to get that last molecule of junk out, then you might want to chill out, save your money, and remember that the point of all this is not to have a healthy colon...it's not even to have a healthy body...it's to be happy and enjoy your life...Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness...remember??? Health is just one thing that we here have decided will help us achieve happiness, so forget about cleansing for a while and go have some fun...your soul is actually more important than your body!
If you're clean, then yes, you'll just be eliminating yucky looking combinations of the very cleanser you're taking....duh. And you won't find your health improving any more as a result.
If you're fat/unhealthy, then you'll be eliminating yucky looking combinations of the cleanser, as well as bad stuff that's stuck in your system...good for you! And you'll find accompanying improvements in symptoms and health. Just know when to quit, and keep your maintenance program reasonable.
Unhealthy people with good minds have done great things, and healthy people with good minds are even better off, but healthy people with poor minds don't do much of anything.
