You have to be open minded, but after you have tried it once you probably don't have to keep going. Some people do it for years and still get stuff out. Though the view always was that it was very old stuff that was build up, how can it keep going if you improve your diet and do a cleanse once in a while.
I used the oxygen type cleanser and just hoped/wished that that did the trick.
Once I posted an answer from Andreas Moritz who feels that it is just the fiber that creates it and it is not mucoid plague. I like to agree with this view more, but most people don't like that opinion.
They just mentioned on tv the other day the supplement industry is a many billion dollar business now a days. And it is obvious when we see all the supplements that are sold just here on curezone.
So we all have to make up our own mind on which way we want to go. Just listen to all the different opinions and then make up your own mind.

At least the liverflush is without supplements and if you want to you could do a 3 week bowelcleanse with epsom salt. So it can be cheap if anyone wanted too.

PS: I feel the same with quackbuster they usually have an alternative motif too, so you have to check them out too.
