Re: I think you all are a bit wrong:
I can't speak for anyone else on the board, but for me my opinion on
Oxypowder is not based on it having to be black to be mucoid plaque. However, I do know that what usually comes out when I take
Oxypowder is what I have eaten the day before, and after the seven day period of taking
Oxypowder and going on to maintenance tablets my colon still contained a lot of old matter, some of which came out during colonics, as did a lot of mucus and evidence of candida. And when I consumed liquids only, the oxypowder produced more results in terms of volume and the difference in what came out.
I do know people can be obsessive with cleansing which can make things worse, but my detox is not nonstop - it was last November that I did a
parasite cleanse and took P&B and changed to oxypowder. I do think the P&B shakes work better for me in getting rid of candida,
parasites and horrible looking things off my bowel walls - but I got constipated. Also, I dont take laxatives, but wondered whether it would have helped it completing my cleanse?
My diet is healthy and I drink lots of water, but I dont eat a lot of fruit because of my candida/sugar problems but I get a lot of fibre from vegetables, non-wheat grains and I do take flaxseed powder etc. My health has improved somewhat, but still I have problems with my stomach and bowels which I ultimately hope to improve further.
Also, you mentioned that you do a mild detox, could I ask what sort of detoxing you do?
