I think you all are a bit wrong:
The object is not about *it has to be black to be old fecal mucoid plaque*
in fact the
Oxypowder s and colosan all do what they say they do :
Deteriorate and oxidise old fecal matter.
and work from colon down.
psylium 9oops spelling :
SCRAPES the lining by increasing hard fiber.
you can utilise this method,....
or consider other methods far more gentle,
and nourishing also ,
by ingesting more fruit fiber ,etc into your diet,
and esp grinding your own flaxseed
and mixing that in with food.
if you choose to use the prior choice,
you will find you may end up with a combo contipation
then take lax to fix that and back again.
i think this sends weird mixed signals to your body, myself.
yes: overuse of any product of a laxative nature
will end up stripping your eliminatory system of vital proper balance, and eventually delete good nutrients from you as well.
perhaps leading to dehydration also...
I would suggest you stop, take a break: give your system time to readajust... goto once a week maintenance on your owypowder,
and eat a balanced diet of good health.
if you stress your body excessively, then it has no rest time to recoup and deal with the released overflow of toxins (within)
from what you have done.
you must find a balance point.
i have seen folks spend so much time nonstop detoxing
that they can become sicker.
.cause they just kept overloading more released toxins into their bodies, and never let their body have rest periods also.
if you are looking for a particular pre-expected color etc...
then you need to recheck your prioriities..
.
will you go nonstop until you see *black proof?*
how long???
REspect your body.
balance is key.
an efficient body needs a rest break also...
or you might fall into a pattenr of overstressing it non stop.
I have lost 50 lbs over a years time without even trying,
but just doign a detox here and there then a rest break..
there are so many good every day things you can do,
to keep at a mild detox plan.. and still reap benefits...
a wellthought out plan is better than *go til i see black*
if i misunderstood you , please forgive me,
i am not trying to judge you , or attack you ,
i word things sometimes seemingly bluntly
bu ti assure you , youhav emy utmost respect
and certainly you have the right to chose your own path.
in kindness truly
hoping you achive the best of health
Ami Joi Benton.
