I will let you know how it goes. I have am doing a Liver Flush today and after that I will start the Bowel Cleanse again. I think the p&b do pull stuff off the colon walls but for me they get stuck on their way out. I just need to find a herbal laxative that works in getting the stuff out that is not too harsh?
