Thank you so much for providing the Kichari recipe! I am already eating miso soup every day, since my liver cleanse! What a coincidence that you are recommending it! Intuitively, I knew that with all the clearing away of the old going on inside of me, bringing in helpful micro-organisms from miso soup each day would be good for me. In fact, I was craving the miso! It has been tasting wonderful, and feeling so good in my belly.
The kichari is a bit complicated, but I should be able to get the hang of it. In the past I have not been a big fan of brown rice, but ever since that first liver cleanse two or three weeks ago, my appetite has been for very healthy foods.
