Healthful, balancing Kichari recipe


Hally - yeah, it really was amazing.

I started the whole thing off with a 9 day MasterCleanse doing B&P's 3 or 4 times a day...drinking 2 to 3 litres of lemonade a day and 2 to 3 litres of warm water a day....ending with, Ta-Da!, my very first liver flush....wooooo! Amazing amazing amazing. From there I just continued to do the 3 B&P's every day, drink 2 to 3 litres of warm water a day and eat really well. I ate lots of Kichari (link below) and cut out wheat and most dairy, but not all (except a dollop of yogourt on my kichari, I recall) and all red meat (and most meat as I recall too) I just felt soooo damn good! It really did last me for a whole year. Oh yeah, I ate one raw meal a day too (usually a big salad with all the trimmings: lettuce, grated beets, carrots, tomatoes, cukes, avocado, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, sometimes toasted pumpkin seeds) - a la Edgar Cayce 's recommendation.

Anyway - keep on cleansin'! It truly is amazing!!
