You are right! I passed some without even trying

2 weeks ago...and I did report it here on Shelley's forum and other forums. I couldn't believe it. I think the colonic I had loosened it up and it came right on out 5 days after my colonic. Psyllium and Bentonite doesn't create black ropes. That's one the dumbest things I've ever heard. Mucoid plaque is hard; you cannot pick up regular excrement; it easily breaks apart. Tweet
