I don't do the B&P ( well I did 1 one day but it just makes me constipated ). So you got it right on the head, pond scum. Basically its mucus, some small chunks, and dark stinky pond scum ( sorry to be gross, but you asked ).
I'm on day 12 today going to start the O.J. tomorrow.
Well I won't be on after tonight for a while -going away & not going to be near a computer. Wanted to say thanks for all your advice and good vibes.
