I thought Burroughs said not to do those? What is it?

Thanks for taking the time to read and answer my post, and thanks for the suggestion. I thought Charles Burroughs said not to do those? Do you know? I will do what I need to do to take care of myself. And I want to take action soon.

I looked at all the posts titles before I wrote, looking for bowels but I did not read those on "the shake". What is the shake?
