Bowels not moving. Either too loose or not at all. Help!

I started the cleanse on Saturady. Before the fast, my bowels moved every morning, large size. Now I'm experiencing problems. Let me start by saying the salt flush is doing nothing for me. Today I am very thirsty, so apparently I absorbed it.

Saturady night I took a laxative tea and On Sunday morning I drank three cups of salt flush, fearing vomit if I went the full 4 cups. On Sunday, I had two bowel movements.

Sunday night, lax tea and then same moring salt flush. Only a tiny movement on Monday.

Monday night I took lax tea and then a lex tea in the morning. I had the runs all day, but very little content expelled.

Tusday morning I took salt water. Drinking a lot. No bowel movement.

Any advise?
