You sound like me. Just keep trying. I've been there. PLENTY of times. I'm an all or nothing person too. If I have a dougnut for breakfast I usually will go ahead and ruin the rest of the day. If I "mess up" I just go down hill. I'm on day three, which is AWESOME for me! I feel if I nibble on something, as I've heard other people say, during the fast I might as well forget it because I'll keep on nibbling and the fast will be over. But keep on trying!
