The type of salt you use is very important.
Only use a good quality unrefined salt eg: Celtic, Himalayan, etc. these contain up to 85 minerals and trace minerals.
Regular Table and Cooking salt is like white Sugar the benifits have been removed in the processing.
A good salt is not white, most are grey or pink color.
