BTW, are you drinking your full quota of water (your body weight in pounds divided by two, in fluid oucnces per day)?
If so, I understand we should be making sure to take 1/4tsp salt per quart. For me that is 3/4tsp a day. I'm going to invest in some Himalayan Salt.
