It's possible that it's a herxheimer/cleansing reaction.
Although for 3 or 4 days, that seems a bit extreme,
even for ozonated water. If I were you I would hold
off for just a bit until you feel better and then start
back again very slow (like maybe a half a glass a day
or so) and if all goes well, start to slowly increase.

I know of something similar (only using a different protocol).
My 18 year old duaghter started taking some Colloidal Silver ,
since I was telling her it was good for her. Immediately,
she came down with the flu with a very bad soar throat and
it lasted for days. Not sure what to make of these kinds of
reactions to treatments that have worked so well for me and
others. Herxheimer it may be, but it just seems a bit extreme.
