Ozonated water gave me flu symptoms?

I don't know if it is a coincidence, but I got the flu after drinking 2-3 glasses of ozonated water a day for 3 or 4 days. I have an Enaly unit (200mg) with an air drier that I use for 3-4 minutes per glass of water.
I had it so bad....my throat was burning for 3 days, then I started to get headaches and dizziness and lethargy. I had to take Lugol's Iodine solution for a day or two to stop my flu in it's tracks (6drops in a glass of water 3 times in 24hrs).
Anyone else got sick after starting their ozonating water intake?
I hardly ever get colds and flu and am pretty resistant, even when my wife comes down with them.
