Re: candida?

Ya know Trace I don't know much about this parasite stuff other than what I've read and what my buddy with more experience than me said.

What I passed was not square it was more elongated with a coupla little pouch like thingies attached kinda like the little round flotation bladders the the common beach seaweed has but not quite so round and simmetrical. I believe that type of seaweed is called Sargaso but I could be wrong. It was yellowy/greenie or I guess it could be described as pale amber like you mentioned.

I've been doing a parasite cleanse and Zapping for the last 10 days then did my 5th livah flush yesterday, so whatever it was that I passed and to coin the frase BOTI!! ;+D.

I am using a tincture by Herbs of Light that I found at my local Co-Op that has the same ingredients as Clarkia but I don't know how it compares strenght wise. I just wrote the folks from HoL asking how their stuff compares to Clakia strength wise. My buddy that told me my stuff was candida is also doing a para cleanse and using Clarkia so if the folks at HoL don't know how it compares I'll check out my friends Clarkia and try to assertain strenght comparison by taste test.

I read somewhere regarding the Clarkia protocol that one can increase the dose till one gets a headache and then you'll know that that is too much for you and then you back down your dosage. Bottom line is "like watevah".... I'm going in Luke......;+D
