Thanks KJ. I'm pretty healthy and not trying to cure anything in particular other than being a little overweight and thats pretty much completely under control cept for me wanting to push it and getting down to my high school fighting weight. That last 10 lbs I'll take care of at the gym. The Candida thing for me is more something that I suspect having because of heavy
Antibiotic stints in the last few years so for now since I'm doing the
parasite cleanse I'll lean towards a Candida oriented diet just to cover all bases.
As for probiotics for about a month now I have been having a power shake of sorts comprised of plain Kefir. Kefir BTW contains much more varied strains of intestinal bacteria than yoghurt, H2O, whey protein, a green food supplement called Greens Plus, 2 tbls per shake of High Lingam Flax Seed oil and since I'm currently on the
parasite cleanse at the moment I also grind up pumpkin seeds to a powder in a coffee grinder and add around 2 Tbsp per shake. Pumpkin seeds are a known traditional vermifuge (
parasite killer) used by native americans.
I also have at least 2
oz of Wheatgrass a day which besides all kindsa cleansing and nutritive powers is also known to support intestinal flora and last but not least I have Miso regularly and again besides all kindsa good nutrition it also supports intestinal flora. Sooooo I think I got my probitoics angles covered with all these goodies.
I'm on a mission here, wooohooo.................;+D
PS.
I'll pick up some of that cultured cabbage that I mentioned earlier and add that to my daily diet. I also have done a little searching on Candida on Curezone and will check the link you posted.
