It's like the new form of paranoia - instead of looking over your shoulder all the time, we are now stuck wondering if our every bite will be our death. "I think this is healthy for me... will I learn next month that it is incredibly toxic? What CAN I eat?" Somebody has found a downside to pretty much every thing. One man's tonic is another man's poison, in theory... in practice it seems kinda gray. Even water is a complex subject.
I like your suggestion of just rocking instead of eating. a) exercise IS healthy and b) fasting is pretty healthy, too. But my tastebuds don't agree!
Oh, by the way, I think the person was putting the parchment paper on top of their cookie sheet, as a barrier to the aluminum.
