what exactly is a 'cookie sheet'? is it oven paper? from previous posts it looks like it's the same thing as aluminium foil. Is it? If so, I would not use it neither on dull or shiny side. what about oven paper instead? I posted a question about its safety on ask curezone forum but no one seems to know the answer. I use the oven paper quite often and would like to know whether it is dangerous for my family's health or not.
