Terry: Is the program okay for severe constipation?

Terry, I was just as constipated as anyone could get and was totally dependent on laxatives. I tried the Bentonite and Psyllium but it only constipated me more. This Holistic Horizons has freed up my bowels and I'm really going a lot. Getting old yuck out. I also have Fibro and we have a terrible time with our bowels. I don't really think HH will hurt you or cause cramps, but everyone is different. Also, I don't know what to expect after I complete the program. Maybe I'll go back to being constipated, but if I do, I'll just go back on the HH. If you order online, you'll get it in just a few days. Personally, I think it's worth a try, and like Ptree says, it's not a laxative, it's just fiber. Really, it has amazed me.
