Holistic Horizons GREAT! Getting rid of mucoid plaque

I've been using Holistic Horizons for a couple of weeks now and have been getting rid of mucoid plaque like crazy. It is really easy and UNBELIEVABLE. I mix the powder with organic apple juice and it is not difficult to take at all. My first reactions were:
1. Slick, gummy, stringy golden brown feces. Bulky! Mark007 said he used HH and his movements were like bubblegum and that's a good description.
2. ROPES, small, dark brown/black strings and definitely ropey.
3. Easy and large bowel movements of my most recent digested meals.
4. Back again with ropes and so on.
This seems to be a pattern of eliminating the most recent, then the old plaque. Holistic Horizons is a two part program. You have the bulking agent which is mostly psyllism husks, but with additional herbs. Then you have the Intestinal Cleanser tablet. My only problem has been being home long enough at a time to get to the more advanced level of 3 or 4 doses a day.
If I were you, I'd give this a go (little pun there). I could not work with the B&P as it constipated me something awful. HH can be ordered online. There is no since of urgency with the Holistic Horizons. You have plenty of warning that you need to go. Don't neglect the urge. Drink lots and lots of water all day. You won't have to urinate much at all as the water is being absorbed into your colon to loosen up the old matter. My only complaint with the HH is the abdominal bloating which is uncomfortable and the resultant gas which smells really bad. But I know I'm getting rid of the old crud and that makes it worth it. I just try not to be in public when the stinky gas takes over.
