Thanks for the explanation. I am thinking of trying this as my next cleanse as I've heard good things about it.

I just looked at their website to see the ingredients. Does anyone know if the intestinal cleansing formula irritates the bowel at all?

I did see on the site that is was okay for irritable bowel, but I was wondering if anyone had noticed any cramping with this program.
