Here's the link for the Ultimate Fast....combining the Master-Cleanse with a colon and parasite cleanse:

You should be able to modify it so that you can use Schulze's cleanse... and drop the parasite cleanse if you don't need it. Keep it simple...it doesn't have to be as complicated as the Ultimate Fast directions suggest.
