2 walnuts without the shell but with skin in a glass of water, live over night in fridge. Next day at room temperature, with empty stomach drink walnut water which is yellow and a bit oily, then eat the walnuts. Also eat 3 apples with skin each day, must be organic I would think. Doing these every day lower Cholesterol. I don't know how long you do this though. I like the walnut part but I'm not so crazy eating so many apples! I found the most minuscule apples at the store and hope I can get away with it! Hope it help to all.
