Re: Direct from THE SOURCE,is .....
Spirituality can't be experienced on the outside. This is elusive. This is why we have so many religions and so much percieved pain. Ask an enlightened person and they will tell you that it is something that happens when you least look for it. It is more of a recognition within yourself. Something that has always been there but was being overlooked.
Trying to relay a spiritual awareness is like trying to communicate what the colour red looks like to someone who can't see it. An excercise in futility and frustration.
When we are ready...we are ready. Forcing it will almost surely make it more elusive.
The egoic mind is an interesting beast. Necessary to learn and thus evolve from, yet a trap for those who dwell there. It allows the vantage point of seperatness, so we can experience the totallity of what we are.
How did I come to these conclusions? My own experience, which seemed to be verified by others having similar experience. In otherwords, I felt this way before I looked for other's who did. Two such people I resonate with is Eckhart Tolle and David Hawkins.
For me, religion is nothing more than dogma, and in a sense, an addiction projected from the egoic mind. Whether it takes the form of christianity or Eckankar, it is an external construct to hang one's hat on. Perhaps it is a necessary part of one's idividual equation (karma) as they gather the necessary (energetic) pieces to fill in the experience necessary to evolve.
I would also add that one can only point to a given level of awareness with words but words are very inacurate due to many factors and filters.
The essensce of awarenss then, must be experienced.
