Re: It is a hoax... but an interesting one
the dates thing is yet to be determined since we really wont know till these dates happen. I have seen much documentation though with similar dates. John Titor says the year of 2015 is when nuclear disaster strikes. He had also mentioned that there was a 2% margin of error on the timeline since it wasn't an accurate jump... though he was saying that this timeline was the one that was headed in that direction. Nostradamus predicted an apocalyptic event in the year 2012 (again, I apologize but I will find the documentation and post it) only within 3 years time difference. Even the Revalations in the Bible have many leads that point to this event.... some of which we've seen factual evidence in occuring.
I'm not going to panic and run from town (since I live in a small town in the mountains anyways ;)), but it's definately something to bear in mind. I look more to the logical sense of what he was explaining. And the supplied diagrams from a scientific stand point are astonishing. If he was a scammer, he certainly had his masters in quantum mechanics! Until his theory on suspending micro singularities with an electric field is proven to not work, I for one think there is a chance this is a little more than a hoax.... though for the time, I'm still skeptical ;)
EDIT: Sorry, one more thing. The image of the geiger-counter to also remember. That is an image of the CD V-720 for sure.... or at least a similar model. But that doesn't still explain the unit below it that actually IS his time machine. So he had a geiger-counter with him....... what's that supposed to mean? He could have picked one up in 1975 (as was posted that was his original mission) or it is possible that he had one from the future. If indeed the world befell nuclear holicost, then these units might have been salvaged for one or if not, as explained on the Titor site, it could be a later model since the casing would not change all the much.
