i have never studied quantum physics. i suspect that it involves particles being manipulated. as i said, if these particles interact with our universe, then there is no parallel, only the same universe. if you are talking about bending space, then it would be confined to an area. this area would not be out of time, but rather would be a different shape of particles, like when something melts from it's original shape. the space did not disappear from time, because the event is not separated from the simultaneous events happening around it.
