Re: Herbs vs. Psyllium and bentonite for colon cleansing

Trakar

Ok...are you not taking herbs to help with evacuation?? Bentonite and psyllium are for added bulk...and will assist with pulling out old waste, but you have to help it along, especially with the fact that you haven't gone since Friday. I never recommend using psyllium or Bentonite unless using the intestinal #1 along with it, (talking Shculze's herbs)

And for those mentioning in earlier posts about becoming dependent on herbs for increased regularity...from Dr. Schulze 's mouth to my ears...he said, as herbs are food, why would you be concerned about going better with herbs? If eating 3 apples a day kept you regular, would you say you were "dependent" on apples? (and they may work too!) Basically the thought behind this is that ridding the body of waste naturally is the best way to go. Drinking 1/2 your weight in ounces of water per day is excellent...and cutting the garbage out of your diet as well. I've been using my version of the Schulze Intestinal #1 for over 5 yrs! Granted I don't need it every day, but depending on my diet, I know enough to take it when I need it. This country has the highest rate of bowel disorders in the world...time to get things moving!

Also Trakar...if you have low blood sugar, juicing would actually be a "good" thing....

Hope this helps.
