Man, you just blew my mind!!

I couldn't believe it when I read your post! I was just talking about the B&P shakes today raising some of the same concerns you just did!! It's almost like you read my mind!

But, for the record, the bowel forum wasn't always about the B&P shakes. If you go back into the archives, you will read other cleanses.

After reading so many posts on the bowel cleansing forum from people who are having so many problems using psyllium and bentonite, it is beginning to concern me. People just aren't supposed to hurt like that!

I like John C.'s statement about the juice fasts. By far, that would be one of the healthiest cleanses and I don't see how your colon could become dependent on juices!
