Thanks for the advice. Yes i've been drinking at least 64 ounces of water. I weight about 130pds if that. Like i mentioned i haven't had the simple carbs so i'll i drink is water - sometimes diluted with a tad bit of natural apple juice - which may be giving me headaches. Or it could be the fact that i haven't gone since Friday, which isn't all that unusal for me expect that i've been taking the psyllium and Bentonite and now i probably have toxins floating back in the blood stream. Would this be correct? Because i have the worst headache and scratchy throat.
The problem with the juicing is that i have low blood Sugar and juicing would probably have to many natural sugars - what do you think? Also i need my solid protein.
