Re:My teen daughter just started it!

Please consider taking your daughter off this terrible drug! I took the drug as a teenager and now I live a life of chronic pain. I have been diagnosed with chronic depression, irritable bowel syndrome, restless leg syndrome, and premature spinal degeneration. All of these symptoms I have just mentioned have been recently linked to taking Accutane. I also was hospitalized for a near fatal kidney infection within one week of taking the drug. I also had to get glasses after taking the drug for only 3 months. Everytime we called the doctor who prescribed the drug to tell him of my medical condidtions he told us it was not related to taking the drug. He was only telling us what was being told to him by the makers of Accutane. I am now 30 years old and must endure chronic back, neck, stomach, and intestinal pain. I have had to give up my dream of becoming a professional cyclist. I am now involved in a class action law suit against the makers. I urge you to take your daughter off this drug. A clearer face just isn't worth the long-term effects. Tweet
