Saturated fats protect your heart. Read Weston Price Foundation (non profit organisation, not funded by those with commercial interests). People on traditional diets high in saturated fats did not get heart disease. The first recorded heart attack was in the 1930s (or thereabouts). The guy who invented the ECG was laughed at. Hydrogenated vegetable oils cause heart disease.

I also agree on coconut oil.
